At P&N Healthcare Services we are strongly committed to protecting and safeguarding the welfare, growth and development of all Young People placed in our care. Our mission is to combine the skills and attributes of our workforce with a commitment to provide a professional and high quality level of service that adheres to the Children’s Act 2004 and Every Child Matters Framework aim to work ( Being Healthy, Staying Safe, enjoying and achieving, Making a positive Contribution and Achieving Economic well being) whilst also thinking about the daily needs of each young person and their medium and long term plans.

P&N Healthcare Services Ltd aims to provide high standard of social care by experienced and knowledgeable staff who are trained to work with young people who are in transition, need mentoring support and present behavior difficulties. All service users in our care regardless of their race, religion, culture, disability or sexual orientation will have their individual needs met.
