In the event of an emergency placement a referral must still be completed. A property would be offered as temporary accommodation until the young person's wishes are ascertained in relation to a more permanent tenancy and potential areas to settle. P&N Healthcare Services encourage individuals to reside close to their established support network when this is deemed appropriate. Such areas are identified during the referral process.
